Consider Kindness is a mantra of sorts–a guide for individuals who find themselves in states of distress.
With a PhD is Behavioral Health Services, I choose to think of myself as guide and facilitator for better mental health. The articles I post on this page are meant to prompt reflection and discussion. Through my practice I encourage wellness through exercise of mind and body.
I am a firm believer of wellness for the whole being and promote meditation, relaxation, and journaling as a means to release burdens of everyday life. A large focus of my journey is to mend souls touched by tragedy, with extensive study in PPD and PSTD.
Counseling is more than “talk therapy,” it is a journey of self-discovery, reflection and repair of the individual so that they are better able to respond to the interpersonal relationships within our global community.
